Our strength is the curation of a diverse set of options that can respond to any discerning palate and fit well within it the multitude of cuisines in a modern food hall. Bar Politan is decidedly post-craft and is rooted in an everyday sense of comfort and approachability. The program is led by Benton Bourgeois.
